3. FITNESS FOR HABITATION.
Real estate taxes for 1992 shall be adjusted to the dated sale.
The Trustee reserves the right: (i) to waive the deposit requirement; (HI to extend the period of time within which the purchaser is to make full settlement; (Hi) to withdraw the property from sale at any time prior to the termination of the bidding; (iv) to keep the bidding open for any length of time; (v) to reject all bids; (vi) to postpone or set over the date of sale; and (vii) to determine the order of sale at the time of sale. In the event the trustee deems it best for any reason at the time of sale to postpone or continue this sale from time to time, such notices of postponement or setting over wHI be in a manner deemed reasonable by the Trustee.
