“Understanding the New USDA Food Pyramid and Pasta Cookery” will be the topic at the Amissville Homemakers Club at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, March 1, at Amissville Baptist. A training program for nutrition leaders and the public will be held at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow, Feb. 25, at the Rappahannock Extension Office in Washington.
