* I Havura Ktana, a newly forming Jewish friendship circle, is offering, §8 its first program, a movie on VCR entitled The Quarrel. It will be Jhown at 1 p.m. at Blackwater Homestad on Sunday Feb. 26. Admission is $5. All interested people are welcome as long as space permits.
I The Quarrel which belongs to the dame movie genre as Dimmer With Andre, , won the Dame Judith Anderson Award for the best picture at the Seventh Santa Barbara Film Festival.
’ The film is based on a Yddish short story by Chaim Grade. Two friends, Chaim and Hersh were students together at a Yeshive - a school of Jewish study. But they ijuarrelled when Chaim decided to jeave the Yeshive. • They lost touch with each other and met, decades later, by accident in Montreal. Here they discover that both were survivors of the holocaust.
The same experience of horror and inhumanity has made Hersh friore religious than ever, and Chaim friore seculat. The quarrel is reJumed,
