Paula Stafford of Culpeper, cofounder of the Windmore Foundation for the Arts has joined the Soho Center in Madison. Ms. Stafford, who recently resigned as Executive Director of the Windmore Foundation aft^r five years there, will now coordinate several of the Soho Center’s present programs and will work to develop arts-related programs at the Soho Center.

“My two main interests remain education and the arts. What the Soho Center is doing of behalf of children by working with family day care providers gives me a broad new way to reach many of the region’s children with education of all sorts - including the arts,” said Ms. Stafford. “Working with the Soho Center gives me a way to affect the many hundreds of the region’s children who are in child care, often long before we see them in the schools. Getting to these youngsters early on with the Soho Center’s various programs is one of the very best ways to ensure a better future for us all. It’s an exciting prospect.”
