Taylor Resigns
C. Eldon Taylor, executive director of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board, resigned effective May 5. Taylor, who had been director of the agency which provides mental health, substance abuse and aging services to the five counties of Planning District 9 since 1990, cited political changes on the board as the reason for his resignation.
The CSB’s board of directors has named an interim director, and a search for Mr. Taylor’s replacement has begun, according to a spokesman for the agency.
