Amissville Ruritan Club has announced they will hold a Family Fun Day on August 14. More details will follow, but mark your calendar now for this exciting event. Many activities are planned and we’ll share the details in the near future.

Ginny and Dick Pierson eryoyed a recent visit by their daughter, Phoebe, and son-in-law Bruce Williamson from St. Croix. While here they visited the Smithsonian, Fredericksburg, and for Mother’s Day, they took Ginny to Chesapeake Seafood House.
The Piersons are also excited that their other daughter, Jeannine and little Justin plan to visit in late July. They also live in St. Croix.
Mickey and Jane Smith enjoyed a visit on Saturday by his sister Phyllis Sours and her friends Connie and Gail. Seven-year old cousins Heather Smith and Stephanie Stuart enjoyed visiting together this weekend.
