Mary Brooks
Mary Louise Kennedy Smoot Brooks, 68, of Brandy Station, died on Saturday, May 22 at her home.
A native of Rappahannock County, she was the daughter of the late Dewey and Ressie Mae Jenkins Kennedy.
Mrs. Brooks had retired as a seamstress with Aileen Company.
She is survived by her husband, Ervin F. Brooks.
Also surviving are her children of the late Isiah Smoot, three sons, Charles E. Smoot of Rixeyville, Isiah E. Smoot of Culpeper, Everette J. Smoot of Reva; four daughters, Mary L. Jasper of Jeffersonton, Louise E. Henshaw of Haywood, Mildren S. Cooper of Haywood, and Janet L. Lizotte of Haywood.
Also surviving are two brothers, Lee Kennedy of Culpeper and John Kennedy of Orange; four sisters,
