The Sperryville Business Council will sponsor its annual Memorial Day Festival May 29, 30 and 31 in and around the village of Sperryville. Hours will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Those businesses participating in the festival include Apple Hill Farm B & B, Mountain Spring Festival, Sperryville Antique Market, That Sperryville Emporium, The Church Mouse, Faith Mountain Liquidation Outlet, The Faith Mountain Company, Country Home Antiques, Blue Ridge Cafe, Elmer’s Antiques, Chipmunk Hollow, Sugar Plum Cottage, Parkway Gift Shop, Country Manor Outlet and Hazel Mountain Pub.

A basket weaving demonstration will be held at Country Manor.

Faith Mountain Company will provide continuous live music and free refreshments.

Apple Hill Farm B & B will hold an open house from 12-3 p.m.

Blue Ridge Cafe will be selling pizza by the slice and The Church Mouse will again offer their funnel cakes by John.

Other activities will include special antique and furniture sales, festive food throughout the village, catalog closeouts, games for children, fine arts and crafts, homemade foods, craft demonstrations and pony rides.
