chael Morgan, 25, of Amissville. Wanted on an April 2,1992 warrant, Morgan was charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, probation violation, and being a fugitive from justice, Woody said. He is being held in the Culpeper County Jail without bond, Woody said.
According to Woody the following individuals were also arrested:
• John P. Morgan, 37, of Amissville on four counts of distribution of cocaine. Morgan is being held in the Culpeper County Jail on $30,000 bond.
• James Phillips Jr., 36, of Amissville on one count of distribution of cocaine. His bond was set at
