Rappahannock Soccer League Commissioner Anne Kerr said the league will be registering players during fee day at the elementary school. However, it appears that the league will not sponsor a highschool-aged team this fall.
Mrs. Kerr said boys and girls will be registered for teams of those '.aider 14, under 12, under 10, under 8 and under 6. The cost will be $20 for one player in a family, $30 for two, and $40 for three. Those 14 and older can join select teams and travel teams in other counties, she said. In addition older soccer players will be helping with the younger players as line judges, referees and coaching assistants.
Except for the under 6 teams, the league teams will compete with teams from Rappahannock, Culpeper and Fauquier counties. The youngest players will only play in Rappahannock County.
Mrs. Kerr said she had most of her coaches lined up for the fall season and that those needing more information should call her at 9375483.
