Howard Brown
Howard Nelson Brown, 69, of Washington D.C. died on Saturday Aug. 7 at Washington Hospital Center, Washington D.C.
He was bom in Baltimore, Maryland on Jan. 28,1924, son of the lat6 Charles H. and Virginia May Corder Brown.
>Mr. Brown was a glass worker; a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army and was discharged with the rank of corporal.
Survivors include one daughter, Sister Francine Brown, D.C. of Indianapolis, Indiana; his former wife, Madeleine J. Brown of Washington, D.C.; two brother, Melvin J. Brown of Arlington and Arthur L. Brown of Artussville and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services were held on Friday, Aug. 13 at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton.
Interment was in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton.
