My good neighbor, Harrison Powers, appeared to be a little testy refering to the pronouncements of my friends Newbill Miller and J.W. Fletcher III on the subject of sludge. Yet, personal excursions aside, Harrison Powers seems to command more first hand experience and knowledge than the opponents of sludge in Rappahannock County.
