Vacation Bible School is being held at two of our local churches this week, New Salem Baptist has sessions from 7 until 8:30 p.m. with commencement exercises at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 22; while Griffinsburg Baptist sessions are from 6:30 until 9 p.m. with their commencemen exercise at 8:15 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 20.
