He said the WSA could offer an applicant one or more EDUs (equivalent to dwelling unit) for up to six months^ If the appplicant did not apply t<£ hook up and pay the $200 hook-up fee within six months, the process would have to be repeated, he said.
WSA members agreed they would need to request design plans to modify the tank that is to holcf septage pumped from tanks in the system until it can be pumped into the plant treatment system. Ms. Chabot said the tank would need to have pumps for aerating the septage and plans for correcting pH.
