Costume Ball
The Fauquier Chapter of the American Red Cross serving Rappahannock County is pleased to invite you to its third annual Costume Ball featuring: The 1993 Battle of the Caterers from 9 p.m until midnight on Saturday, Oct. 80 at Highland School.

Haunted Hay Rides
Haunted hay rides and a barn fire will be held from (5-8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30 at Mountain Green Farm in Washington. A costume contest will be held at 6:30 p.m.
Advanced tickets will be $5 for adults and $3 for children. At the gate tickets will be $6 for adults and $4 for children. Rain date will be Sunday, Oct. 31. Health Screening Program
The Rappahnnock-Rapidan Community Services Board invites persons 60 years of age and older to participate in the following Health Promotion/Screening Programs to be held at the Rappahannock Senior Nutrition Center: At 11:30 a.m.’ on Oct. 13, Bob Treanor, Family Guidance-Program on Depression and 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 20, Marion Sharp, RN-Blood Pressure and Sugar Check.
