Mental health problems, for most of us, means the chid who is not performing in school or who has problems making and keeping friends, it’s the stress we face at work in dealing with our bosses and coworkers, it’s the stress of operating a business, it’s the stress of not being able to have a conversation with a spouse, the loneliness of feeling like no one takes us seriously but rather for granted, it’s that friend or family member who is abusing drugs or alcohol.
