Dr. Daniel feels good about the quality of service Fauquier Hospital provides to the community. She is particularly proud of the mammography section’s accreditation by the American College of Radiology (ACR), a national organization which sets standards for excellence in mammography.
“We’ve been accredited for a long time,” said Dr. Daniel. “More than half the mammography providers are now, but when mammography first began, we were among the first 10 percent to get accredited. It’s kind of like the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, only better,” she adds.
