“Fairfaxed” and pay Fairfax style taxes for all the additional services that will be necessary?
Without “land use” if I were retired, I would have to subdivide and sell off some of my land to keep the rest. At that point, I am not sure that I would want to stay. It might be better to divide up all my land, sell it and go to some place else, and let those of you left pay for the new schools and so forth.
I hope that you opt for keeping Rappahannock County as rural as possible. May I suggest that the emphasis be put on the “use” in the “land use” program. In my case, that means I have to show that I am renting my land to someone who is actively engaged in farming as his occupation, which I am doing. That
