RICHMOND — This Wednesday marks the day Virginia legislators reconvene to hammer out their final decisions to determine the outcome of 165 bills amended or vetoed by Gov. George Allen.
Even before the regular session ended. Gov. Allen said he anticipates this to be a long day that may extend into rriore than a One-day session. The word in the capita! city is that Democrats, as usual, are not going to give up easily and concede to all of Gov. Allen’s changes.
