As Scouts Friend
On Monday, April 17, the Shenandoah Area Council, Boy Scouts of America will hold its 1995 Friends of Scouting Dinner at the Shenandoah Valley Country Club in Front Royal at 6:30.
Del. Raymond “Andy” Guest, who formerly represented Rappahannock in the General Assembly, will be honored for his contributions to Scouting. Tickets for the event are $150 per person or $250 per couple. For information call the council office at (703) 662-2551.
