PURSUANT TO SECTION 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 12, 1995, at 7:30 p.m.. at the Town Hall, on Gay and Calvert ' Streets. Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

Application by Ms. Joyce Kramer to convert existing residential property (Tax Map 20A, Parcel 107A; zoned “VM," Village Mixed Use) to retail sales use. Use allowed under Section 14-3 (c.) of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance.
