By PATTY HOLMES Rappahannock News Contributing Writer If you call the library during National Library Week (April 9-15) you will be greeted by a staff member or volunteer saying, “Happy National Library Week.” The Rappahannock County Library is celebrating the week-long, annual commemoration of libraries in a big way. Monday will be a tine-free day _ for the library. All fines will be forgiven on materials returned through the bookdrop from closing on Saturday, (2 p.m.) until closing on Monday (8 p.m.). Fines will also be forgiven on materials returned to the circulation desk on Monday. This is the time to look in the closets, under the car seat, and in the kids’ rooms for library materials. “How has the Library Changed Your Life?” is the contest for National Library Week. Anyone can submit a statement as the how the library has changed or enhanced their life. If we submit 25 statements we
