Members of the Planning Commission last week discussed a review by Milton Herd of Herd Planning and Design in Purcellville of the Kellerco technical memo about roads in the county.
Mr. Herd’s review was done in order to give county officials and residents an additional perspective to help in planning the county’s future. It also said that Mr. Herd felt that the Kellerco memo “should probably be read as a list of 'red flags’ to warn local citizens of potential emerging problems that may need serious attention either now or in the foreseeable future."
