Harpers Ferry National Historical Park cordially invites the public to visit its 1995 Black History exhibit, “The Niagara Movement, A Ninety Year Retrospective.”

This exhibit focuses on the original twenty-nine members of the Niagara Movement. The Niagara Movement, formed in 1905, was a tum of the century civil rights organization led by W.E.B. DuBois. The organization held their second annual meeting in Harpers Ferry , in 1906. By
