serving nine months in the jail. Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke said that he recommended a shorter sentence for Mr. Foreman because his prior criminal record was not as severe as Mr. Chuppa’s. Both juveniles’ cases were transferred from Juvenile court to Circuit Court because of their extensive prior criminal records.
Mr. Foreman will be on supervised probation for three years after his release from incarceration, during which time he must submit to alcohol and drug testing. He was also directed by the court to pay $2,125 restitution to Paul Baldwin, or his insurance company, at the rate of $150 a month beginning two months after his release; pay the cost of his prosecution within six months after his release; and cooperate with the Commonwealth in the prosecution of any co-defendants in the case.
