In Circuit Court last Thursday, Nathan Dale Foreman, 17, of White Post was sentenced for his part in a burglary which took place at Baldwin’s Grocery in Washington on Feb. 6.
Mr. Foreman pleaded guilty to the four felonies he had been charged with: grand larceny, possession of burglary tools, breaking and entering, and food stamp fraud.
In a plea agreement with the Commonwealth, he was sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections for the grand larceny charge, six years for breaking and entering, two years for food stamp fraud, and one year for possession of burglary tools.
