Mr. Armor’s book is the culminaj tion of 25 years of research. He is a forensic sociologist and is recognized< by the federal courts as an expert on1 school desegregation.
He is a senior research scholar of the Social Philosophy and Policy Center at Bowling GreCn Statd University, and a research professor at The Institute of Public Policy a£ George Mason University, where he teaches graduate courses in civil rights and public policy, and statistics.
