Mrs. Sharp,.who has served as the Learning Center's director for seven years, said she invited Mrs. Scheer to tour the center so that she would have a better understanding of CCLC and the service it prov ides the community.
“I welcomed Sue to CCLC to see how a real comprehensive early childhood program can meet the needs of those who come from a less fortunate background, as well as those who come from a more affluent means.
"As a representative [in the General Assembly] I feel we need to have someone who will advocate these programs,” Mrs. Sharp said. "1 hope that Sue will be that person."
