170-65 Add a new Section to read: M. Additional Standards for Swimming/ tennis facility, public or private club. Such facilities shall be located on a minimum of twenty-five acres, and all recreational facilities shall be set back a minimum of one-hundred feet from all adjacent properties. In addition, in order to correct a typographical error in the adoption of the County Code, the following amendment to 170-360 is proposed: Change ‘greater* to less" in the first appearance of ‘Camp, recreational ground, retreat, lodge or resort". Further, in order to comply with recent amendments to the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the following amendment to 170-42 is proposed: Strike provision A., and re-letter B, and C., as A & B.. respectively. These proposed amendments shall be considered by the Planning Commission at a Public Hearing to be held on Wednesday, August 16.1995, at 7:30 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA. All interested persons are invited to attend either or both meetings in order to comment upon these amendments.
