Our minds were taken off of the heat for a while by the excitement of the raffle. Our cousin, Jeanie Dwyer, had made two beautiful wall hangings and were much desired. Winners were Kim Baker Keyser of the Alfred Dwyer hanging; and Edith Dwyer Bedortha got the Miles J. Dwyer hanging. The other winners of the second raffle were Kathy Pullen, Lillie Pullen and Wayne Baldwin.
