VA„ to consider the following proposed amendments to Chapter 170, “Zoning, of the Rappahannock County Code, as follows: 170-36C Delete “SP" from A Zone for “Post Office' 170-36C Delete “SP* from A & C Zones for “Museum* 170-36E Delete “SE“ from A & C Zones for ‘Auction Establishment” 170-36E Delete “SP” from A Zone for “Antique “Antique shop/gift shop’ 170-64 Add a new Section to read: H. Additional Standards for Conference Centers. Such facilities shall in no event provide overnight accomrrw dations. In Resource Preservation zones, such uses shall provide facilities for groups within the following sliding scale: 1-100 persons-10 acre minimum-101-250 persons-20 acre min.
