call of duty in this humanitarian and professional response to the needs of the several communities.

Although one hesitates to call names, 1 would be remiss if I didn’t mention not only Brian Duncan, our executive director, John Waldeck, director of clinical services, Sallie Morgan, director of community support programs, but Judy Seale, Shirley Smith, James Daniel, Paul Regan, Wendy Carroll, Gary Rafala, Katherine and Bruce Gay, Charlene Moonen, Ann Tate, Lou Doggett, Kathy Zinn, Dwight and Susan Boston, Lynn Bayes-W'einer, Mike Dowen, Kay Shreiber, Jane Spivey, Phyliss Ryan, Jackie Dare, Jim Bemat, Jo Boston, Angela Karish, Nancy Ochs, Roberta Previ and Susan Anson, all of whom join the roll of those whose response was selfless and noteworthy.

The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board has for over 20 years and hopes to continue to provide an integral service to the five county area as it does now, in normal times and times of emergency. This will be and has been possible because of the goodwill, skilled leadership, and voluntary efforts of the communities it serv es. CAROLYN HOWARD FRENCH
