high school by providing them with rich instruction, keeping high expectations, and giving regular encouragement. She is an individual who cares about learning and cares about kids.
Mrs. Nina Norman started teaching at Rappahannock County Elementary School in August of 1988. Although she is certified to teach the lower elementary grades, she has given her time and dedication to remediating children in their areas of need. She taught Math Lab, Reading Lab, and finished her tenure teaching Speech. Mrs. Norman has approached teaching with patience, kindness, and a genuine copcem for the education of children. She has used resourcefulness and diligence in searching out ways to meet her students’ instructional needs.
Thank you, Mrs. Wayland and Mrs. Norman, for your time, your dedication, and for your Contributions to the education of our county’s young people. You’ve been an example of your profession and an asset to our community. There is a saying that goes “To teach is to touch a life forever.” You have reached many, and you will be missed.
