Aubrey J. North, Sr., 77 of Huntly | died Wednesday, June 5 in Warren < Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. <
Mr. North was bom Jan. 24, 1919 in Huntly, the sefl of the late Nish and 1 Mittie .Williams North. He was a < farmer in Rappahannock County rais- I ing beef cattle and a mobil oil dealer for 35 years operating under the name of Nish North and Son.
He was a horticulturist in the apple industry and operated the sawmill in Huntly.
Mr. North was a member of the Willis Chapel United Methodist Church and served on the Administrative Board since 1956. He served in Rappahannock County on the Agriculture Stabilization and Conservation Service Board for 25 years.
He was married to the former Edith Tice in 1942.
Surviving are his wife and their children, Judi and Richard Burke;. Bonnie and Dean Hahn and Aubrey J. North, Jr. and Barbara, all of Huntly; six grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.
