The National Park Service and FBI are offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of Julie Williams and Lollie Winans, whose bodies were found near Skyland in Shenandoah National Park on June 1.
According to a National Park Service press release, Julie Williams was 24 years old with medium length brown hair, was 5’9” tall and weighed about 125 lbs. Lollie Winans was 26 years old with long, light brown hair. She was 5’8” tall and weighed about 160 lbs. The golden retriever mix dog named Taj, who had been hiking with
