On Sunday- afternoon about 3:10, when Trooper Knick was at the scene of Mr. Talbot's accident on Route 729 doing a follow-up investigation, he witnessed another accident in the making. Laurie, Marshall, 46, of Washington, was driving a 1986 Dodge van southbound when she came over a hillcrest, applied her brakes, slid off the side of the road and struck an embankment.
