The community was saddened to hear of the death of Mrs. Mattie Ball Fletcher at the age of 107. Our condolences to her family and friends.

Mrs. D.C. Welling and daughter, Anne Katherine of Fairfax Station were Sunday visitors of Mrs. Jean B. Moffett and they attended the funeral of Mrs. Mattie Ball Fletcher in Woodville.

Best wishes to Jack and Ruth Preston who will celebrate their second wedding anniversary on Thursday, September 19.

Happy birthday to my husband, Edward M. Clark who has his day on •Monday, September 23.

Robert Falls, son of Tim and Edie Falls of Woodville spent Saturday Qight with his great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Clark. ~ Saturday overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Brown, Amanda and Bobbie Jo were Crystal Mills of Estes and Samantha Falls of Woodville.

On Wednesday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. John Schultz had lunch with Mrs. Alyson Sengstack and sons, Eric and Jason in Centreville.
