As a weekly feature, I would like to spotlight business men and women in our community. We may have plumbers, roofers, piano teachers, electricians, or beauticians, just to name a few, -right here in the Amissville area that we could contact if we only knew they'existed. Our local stores and restaurants need our patronage to stay in business and may offer services that the majority of us are unaware of.

The Rappahannock Athletic Association will be holding its annual election of officers meeting on Thursday, September 27, at the Amissville Baptist Church.
