To the Editor:
While we are grateful for the support shown by Mrs. Faye Crescenti in her letter to you, we, the Senior Citizen Center Committee, must correct a statement made by Mrs. Crescentis in whicfi she said, "I'm equally angry and disappointed to find the Community Services Board opposing the efforts of this group." The fact is the CSB has been very supportive of our efforts and we could not have proceeded without their cooperation.
It is true that funding has been a problem, and for that we have turned to the community in an appeal for financial support. This has been a community effort from the begin-' ning, and'we are confident the community will respond generously as it always has for this much needed facility.
