The home of Mr. and Mrs. James Settle, Melody - and Stewart in Amissville was the site of a cook-out and birthday party for Mrs. Colleen Foster of Front Royal who celebrated her day on Friday, Sept. 13.
Those helping her celebrate were Ms. Kay Foster, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Atkins, Jamie, Rebecca and Ms. Rena Mae Atkins, all of Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. James Foster of Gaithersburg, Md., Mr. and Mrs. A1 Dorch, Alida and friend, Stephanie of Stanley, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Carter, Crissy, Rachael, Mandy and April of Warrenton, Mrs. Mildred Riley and Mrs. Jennifer Riggleman, both of Winchester, Mr. and Mrs. Garfield Burke of Huntly, Sammy Foreback, Becky Gunter, Jennifer, Samantha, Zack and Ms. Carol Nicholson, all of Flint Hill, Mike Fletcher, Elzora Nicholson, Tammy Pullen and son,’ C.E., all of Washington and Chuckie Riley of Warrenton.
Mrs. Foster received many nice cards and gifts from the family.
Mrs. Colleen Foster is the widow' of Mr. James B. Foster of Rappahannock County who passed away on Sunday, June 2, 1996.
Birthday wishes go out to Mr. ’ James L. Settle and Mrs. Janet Peregory who will celebrate their day on Tuesday, Sept. 24
