unforgettable experience. Riders must wear racing silks or appropriate hunting attire and a hard hat with chin strap. The races are run at catch weights and riders cannot .have reached their 18th birthday as of Jan. 1, 1996. Participants must have prior experience with a hunt Or Pony Club and have written consent of their parents to compete.
• All pony races will be run on the flat. The first race, which consists of small ponies, is for ponies 12.2 hands and under and will be approximately 1/4 mile in length. The medium pony division is for ponies over 12.2 hands not exceeding 13.2 hands and will be approximately 3/8 mile in length while the large division is for ponies over 13.2 hands not exceeding 14.2 hands at approximately 1/2 mile in length. Divisions may be consolidated.
