High School Monday September 30, 1996 4:30 p.m.. -6:30 p.m. Burke’s Store - Woodville Due to 911 address changes voter cards have been mailed to all registered voters of Rappahannock County. Check the voter card for precinct changes. You will be required to vote at the polling place stated on your card. Also check your card for the correct mailing address and the correct 911 address, which is your house number. If you are a registered voter of Rappahannock and did not receive a new voter card notify the Registrar's Office immediately. If you received a card with any information that is incorrect, complete the section on the back of the voter card with correct information and return it to the Registrar’s Office before October 7th. No changes can be made to any voter’s record after October 7, 1996. Virginia Voter Registration applications are available at the following locations:
