Member Charles K. "Pete" Estes reported the flood broke one of the pipes beside a bridge and it is now connected with a flexible hose. WSA members agreed he should try to get permission to put the pipe through the bridge understructure. .
Mr. Orr and member Daniel Keyser reported on progress in getting the surge basin installed. WSA members agreed to go ahead with the contract tp purchase the basin so they can get specifications on where bolts need to go in the concrete pad that will hold it.
Mr. Orr told them to expect the Health Department to take 60 days before they receive approval for their plans.
