The Community Services Board provides the meals, which are brought from Warrenton's Shadow Lawn Center by volunteer Gil Webb. The Board also pays $85 a month rent for the senior's room. But the Senior Committee has to cover electric and heating bills. "The senior room is metered separately, and we have a separate propane tank, making it autonomous for utilities," said Mr. Soule. "We’re going to insulate the space really well, so we projecting the bills won't be more than $200 a month."
