Any person desiring to comment in writing on the application may do so by directing such comments, on or before November 1, 1996, to the Clerk of the Commission as provided below, do Document Control Center, P.O. Box 2118, Richmond, Virginia 23218, and referring to Case No. PUA960046. A copy of such comments shall also be mailed to counsel for Centel at the address set forth below as well as to counsel for Protestant AT&T.' Counsel for AT&T is Kodwo Ghartey-Tagoe, Esquire, Mays & Valentine, P.O. Box 1122, Richmond, Virginia 23218-1122.
Any person desiring to make a statement at the public hearing, either for or against the application, need only appear in the Commission’s courtroom at 9:45 a.m. on the day of the hearing and identify himself as a public witness to the Commission bailiff.
On or before November 1, 1996, any person desiring to participate as a Protestant, as defined in Rule 4:6 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (‘‘Rules”), shall file an original and fifteen (15) copies of a Notice of Protest, as provided in Rule 5:16 (a), with the Clerk of the Commission and serve a copy upon counsel for Centel and all other parties of record. Service upon Centel shall be made on James B. Wright, Senior Attorney, 14111 Capital Boulevard, Wake Forest, North Carolina 27587.
On or before November 22, 1996, each Protestant shall file an original and fifteen (15) copies of the prepared testimony and exhibits, as well as any legal memorandum stating the basis for its position, the relief requested, and the interest in the proceeding, and shall simultaneously mail a copy to Cental’s counsel and counsel for the other Protestants.
