SCA President Nancie Gallegos urged students to become involved in Spirit Week and the Homecoming celebration. The week of Oct. 21-25 the school will be celebrating Spirit Week, with a different theme each day. Then there will be an alumni soccer game and carnival on Saturday followed by a dance with crowning of King and Queen Saturday night. "Join in and get a little crazy," she said.
Nathan Flinchum said each week a student will get a special parking place provided by the National Honor Society. Kylene Wolfe is Student of the Week for this week.
Principal Jack Raines said he was pleased that the entire assembly was laid out by students. "Everyone has an opportunity to be a member of Panther Pride," he said.
