PUBLIC HEARING:
DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission, in accordance with §15.1-431 & §15.1-448 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 16, 1996 at 7:30 p.m., to consider the draft Comprehensive Plan for Rappahannock County prepared over the last several years.
Copies of the plan are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the County Administration Office, the Rappahannock County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and the Rappahannock County Library.
The Public Hearing will be preceded by an Open House, from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m., at which members of the public are invited to talk to County staff and members of the Planning Commission about the document, in an informal setting.
All interest persons are invited to attend and to make comments. Written comments will be accepted at the County Administrator’s Office, 290 Gay Street, or P.O. Bo* 519, Washington, VA 22747, until one week after the Hearing.
