Tony Capies, 29, was once again placed on probation in lieu of going to prison when he was before Judge W. Shore Robertson in Rappahannock County Circuit Court Thursday, Sept. 19.
This time last year a capias was in effect for Mr. Capies, and he was recently picked up by Washington, D.C. police and brought to the jail in Rappahannock for his court appearance. Following court, he returned to the D.C. area.
