Mrs. Settle was predeceased by her step-father, Carroll D. Stillwell; her maternal grandfather, Clarence W. Smedley and her paternal grandfather, Gourlie Jones.
Active pallbearers were George Whitmer, David Lillard, Frank Williams, William Settle, John Lake and Donald Clatterbuck.
Honorary pallbearers were Chris Foster, Jeff Foster, Joe Foster, Jeff Deal, Danny Deavers and Patrick Spangler.

Elmer Clark
Elmer Jackson Clark, 78, of Washington died on Saturday, September 28 at Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax.
He was bom in Rappahannock County, on April 13,1918.
He was a retired farmer and a veteran of World War n.
His parents were the late Eddie Jackson and Mamie Pullen Clark.
Survivors include four sister, Mary Atkins of Spenryville, Veigie Walters of Sterling, Louise Bennett of Gainesville and Joyce Killar of Vienna; three brothers, Ennis Clark of Lebanon Church, Edward Clark of Washington and Charles Clark of Manassas.
Funeral services were held op Wednesday, Oct. 2 ,at Clore Funeral Home in Cblpeper with the Rev. John S. Farrar officiating. .
Interment was in Sperryvillie Cemetery. . J
