Sperryville United Methodist Church met Thursday evening with Mrs.. Emma Swindler.

Those present were Rev. Merlin Shorb, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers, Mrs. Margaret Ann Wayland, Mrs-. Polly Aylor, Mrs. Catherine Brown', Mrs. Annabelle Swindler, Julian Brown and Hugh Chrisman. _ I

Mrs. Thelma Jenkins as a Thursday evening guest of Mrs. Lillie Corbin. ;

Mr. and Mrs. Tom Klatko took the Mount Lebanon Baptist youth group to hear For Him and Point of Grace -at Hilton Chapel on Sunday evening. The group later had dinner at Pizza Hilt.

Mrs. Ethel Jenkins of Aroda was a weekend guest , of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Jenkins and Angie. On Saturday evening Mrs. Ethel Jenkins and Mrs. Thelma Jenkins visited with Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Buracker.

On Sunday the along with Mrs. Rhonda Baldwin visited with Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Buracker in Luray.

The Sperryville United Methodist Church will have worship service at 8:45 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6. Rev. Merlin Shorb invites the public.
